RUSH ORDER: If you are in a rush for your order, such as needing it for a gift, please make a note of it in the message section on the order form, also include the date it needs to arrive.

OUR HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS: We handcraft all of our products (in the good ole USA), which takes time. Fabrics may vary according to availability, please bear in mind that we will do all within our power to handcraft your collectible as close as possible to what you have ordered. There are always slight differences in relationship to items that are handcrafted. It is the nature of the art of items made by hand. Quality workmanship and customer satisfaction is our #1 goal!
 

SHIPPING TIME: We basically make up our orders as we receive them and have very little stock on hand. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 4 weeks of being placed. Unless you are ordering large numbers of items.

SHIP TO ANOTHER ADDRESS and GIFT WRAPPING: Any purchase can be shipped to a different address in the continental U.S.A. (i.e. as a gift) at no extra charge. For your convenience we also provide bill to ship to. When you place your order write in the message section that you wish to use bill to ship to, add the precipitants address, any message that you wish us to write on the gift card....etc. and if you would like us to wrap it.

International shipping is the quoted by carrier rate that you will be expected to pay.

RETURNS: If by chance you need to return an item please follow this procedure, call us at 319-392-4421 or email me at topofthehillcrafts@danvilletelco.net for approval of your return before returning item. All shipping cost will be your responsibility. Refunds will reflect the actual cost of the item only.
